New E-Class Spotted Wearing Camo
Pictured above is the new generation E-Class expected shortly. The car is rumored to be launched in 2016, so there is still time to tweak the car and make any changes. It should use a stretched version of the current C-Class architecture. The new car should make use of aluminum, in a bid to reduce weight and better MPG.

The new S-Class Coupe is truly a gorgeous, full size luxury coupe. Now, you can see how much your exact configuration will cost. The S-Class coupe will initially be available as a S550 Coupe 4Matic, and a S63 AMG Coupe 4matic. The Standard S500 coupe costs $119,000 while the S63 variant starts at $160,900. Although the prices are high, the coupes offer the same level of luxury and power as other high brands, albeit for a much lower price.
Love the C-Class W204 Coupe? Good news, it’s sticking around until Spring 2015!
Mercedes is continuing the run of the C-Class W204 Coupe until 2015. Since the sedan and Wagon (Europe Only) has already been released in the new platform, Mercedes would be missing a coupe without the W204. We’re uncertain if a new coupe will be introduced after the 2015 model year, but we truly hope it will be.
Mercedes-Benz has been given praise by the EPA for implementing start-stop technology in almost all of their vehicles. This includes the high power AMG variants as well. This is good news for Mercedes, as they have taken hits in the past for missing government fuel efficiency standards.
AMG GT to spawn a second generation in 7-8 years
The new Mercedes AMG GT isn’t released yet, but it will probably spawn at least one more generation. AMG Boss Tobias Moers recently stated that there is more to come for the AMG GT. It will include more models than just the AMG GT and GT S, and also made mention of different variants of the GT sports coupe.
AMG wants to show that it can make a 911 and Audi R8 beating coupe. To take this effort seriously, they are placing more emphasis on AMG and the AMG GT in particular. This is in part to establish AMG as dominant player in the High Performance Car sector.
Mercedes is top German luxury car brand in terms of sales for September, 2014.
Mercedes sold 29,523 vehicles in the Month of September, an increase of 9.95% year to year. Meanwhile, BMW sold 25,586 vehicles, an increase of 8.56%. Audi, trailing BMW and Mercedes, sold 14,917 vehicles, an increase of 14.18%. Mercedes also claims that they could sell even more vehicles. According to top officials at the luxury car making firm, they could sell up to twice as many CLA models, if production could keep up with demand.
